Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Eventhough the rooms are very clean and the pool is really nice, the fact that there was no holder for our showerhead (resulting in a very very wet bathroom) and the location besides a very busy road, makes that we will not return to Annita's village. The staff was really friendly, and the breakfast was also pretty good (home made tiramisu!), the AC worked like a charm and didn't make too much noise. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach/restaurants which is not too far. But you'll have to walk besides a very busy road, and especially at night there's not lights on the road. With a child this is just not safe at all. We carried him all the way and in the evening we made sure to switch on the flashlight on our phones so drives knew there were people walking. This did not mean that they would slow down though. If this doesn't bother you, or you are travelling with adults/older kids, than this place is really great.

One of the standout features of my room was the inclusion of a small kitchenette. This added convenience allowed me to prepare light meals and snacks at my own convenience. Receptionist and other staff were friendly and genteel. The breakfast service was accompanied by attentive and friendly staff members who ensured that guests' needs were promptly attended to. They were always available to replenish food items and beverages, and they kept the dining area clean and organized. I would love to come back for more days next year.

A lovely hotel around 800 metres from the beach. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned daily, breakfast was fine and a lovely pool to relax in. Close to a supermarket to get groceries if your on a room only basis. Cauldron do with freshening up, but can’t fault the place. Would stay here again if visiting Naxos
