Dear guest Thank you for your visit at the Ramada Hotel and your feedback. I am very sorry that you are disappointed of your stay with us. The Spa area is not managed by our company - I will certainly forward your feedback. Since the Pool is a heated brine bath, they do not recommend it for children. Unfortunately, we... More

We have stayed in many hotels in Switzerland, but have never encountered one with a glass window between the bathroom and the bedroom. I see it a lot in Asia, but was a bit surprised to find it in Switzerland! There was no shutter or curtain to close it off either! In Asia there is typically a shutter. No way... More

I used this hotel many times when visiting my HQ. From outside it looks more like an office building but it's really cosy, modern with a great restaurant and a good service. The location may be a little bit outside but it worth the trip.

I went to this hotel with a few colleagues (we were 25) to follow a managers seminar organized by our top management. The hotel location is a bit strange, in the middle of an industrial area. The building itself looks like a cube, industrial style, without charm. Inside is much better, but a bit cold/design. Rooms are spacious, very clean... More

The Hotel is one of the Best cleanest simple to go Hotels. It is a place for quiet times if you really want to be away from the City life etc. I travelled there with my partner for a night and I must confess I enjoyed the stay there not forgetting the friendliness of Svenja & Ruth. I got to... More

Located up the mountain it has a welcoming look to its reception but for me it all round did not deliver. The reception is under staffed especially in the morning so it can be a long wait. The rooms ( double) was ok but no mini bar, no bath, no room service and just one veggie option where they cook... More

I travel extensively for business and this is one of my favorite hotels in the world. These sounds like it must be an exaggeration or the result of an exceptional visit. Stayed at this hotel on a business trip. It was totally first class, highly recommend it for business travelers. Comfortable, clean, high tech, excellent service. Really like the cow decor in the rooms.
