This hotel is on one of the larger roads through town (but not on the highway). There is about a 10 minute walk down to the shore, and most of the restaurants and shops, but in the 16 hours we were there, I did it 3 times with no complaints. The street you walk down is through a beautiful neighborhood,... More

My husband and I found this to be the best B&B we've ever stayed in. The room was very spacious, very clean, had the comfiest bed we've ever slept in, with a lovely en-suite shower room and serviced daily. The owners were lovely, very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice.... More

My wife and I stopped here for a few days and I can't fault it. Well I can if I was being pedantic but I'm not so I won't. Breakfast is first class with a choice of cereals and fresh fruit salad etc with a cooked one to follow, honestly it was too big for me to handle though I... More

Myself and my girlfriend were greeted with an extremely warm welcome after our 4.45hr journey from Portsmouth and the experience became even better after that. Sally (owner) is very kind, friendly and helpful. The house itself is just stunning, we'd seen the photos of the rooms on the website and couldn't have wished for more. The accommodation and service both... More

Really lovely victorian house, decorated in a contemporary style. Only stayed 1 night but it was really nice - we had a nice welcome and the breakfast was superb. Would definitely recommend to friends and will be visiting again. More

We stayed for 2 nights in the King Room En-suite. The room was very clean, big and beautifully decorated. Coffee, tea, bottled water and little kettle to prepare hot drinks were available in the room. Chocolates were a nice surprise  English breakfast was lovely as well. The owners were very nice and helpful, recommending great places to eat and... More

We stayed at Staveley House for one night - very friendly welcome, very comfortable and superbly decorated room. The vegetarian cooked breakfast we had was excellent. Good location for exploring Rhos on Sea and Colwyn Bay. Hosts were very helpful but not intrusive. Will be going back if we are staying in the area again. More

I have stayed here twice in the last month both times in the large family room. I was well looked after by friendly but not intrusive hosts. This room has a separate bathroom across the landing but this was not a problem and dressing gowns were supplied. The bed was comfortable and had two easy chairs to relax in the... More
