We stayed here totally unexpectantly and what a fabulous find! The accommodation is beautiful, clean and spacious. The garden is really pretty too with a stream through it and lovely birds chirping away. Marjorie was welcoming and chatty and provided us with a terrific breakfast the next morning. The meal at the local pub was great too! More

As soon as we walked into this gorgeous B&B we felt at home. Marjorie the proprietor is warm, friendly and vey welcoming. The barn is approached from Leeds Village through a winding private road and is set in lush Kent countryside. Leeds Castle is nearby as are some great restaurants The main lounge of Foley Farm Barn is 3 storeys... More

We arrived feeling exhausted after exhibiting at the Leeds Castle Wedding Show. Marjorie (the proprietor), made us a welcome cup of tea on our arrival. (We made the mistake of going too far up the hill to Foley Farm initially). There were also tea & coffee facilities in our beautiful twin room (doubles also available). The refurbished barn is stunning... More

We stayed for 2 nights and it was wonderful. We saw all the rooms and each one is comfortable, clean and beautiful. The barn is gorgeous, as are the hosts, and the full English breakfast with fruits and many extras was delicious. We'd love to keep this as our luxurious secret but only fair to the hosts to share !... More

My fiance and I stayed at the barn for one night. Even before we arrived Marjorie who runs the barn made us feel very welcome and even booked us a table at the nearby George Pub as it gets very busy at weekends. The farm has been lovingly renovated and it felt more like staying with family friends than in... More

I had a wonderful time at the Foley Farm Barn. Marjorie and Craig were very welcoming, the Barn is beautiful and very quiet - of the road with a little trout stream running through the garden. The room was big, light, bright, clean and functional. Breakfast was full English and delicious. More

Lovely barn with amazing architectural features and history. In close proximity to Leeds castle but far more reasonable price. We had brand new beds, super clean room and bathroom, lovely breakfast and made to feel very welcome! Would definitely recommend if you are visiting/have function at the castle! More

We made a left hand turn out of Leeds Castle entrance and drove for a couple of minutes to Leeds Village. We stopped in at the George Inn to inquire about accommodation for the night. The lady walked with me across the street and down the lane to a big house. It had been a big old barn with huge... More
