Delightful hotel in pretty grounds. High quality food and very well presented rooms of high standard. I ate dinner in the club house which was a more informal setting but good standard of food. A superb hotel/spa attention to detail was breath taking. The food in all locations was simply breath taking. What really made it for us was the fact that for once in my life somewhere and someone really tried to tell you what was/is great from the north east and it was quite simply superb
