Hotel was very plain to say the least. No frills. Rooms very basic with small TV and small fridge, not much else to say. Pools were ok and grounds were quite nice. Apart from the actual town of Abano Terme which was a let down this hotel made a disappointing holiday worse. staff and service was so rude and bad on first night and at breakfast the next day we had to complain to the manager. It did improve slightly after that for 2 nights and then went back to being awful... more
