We had a wonderful week at the Baur B and B. Diana and Micha are such wonderful people and lovely hosts. We stayed in the 2 room suite and it was comfortable and clean. The breakfasts with Diana's fresh home-made bread, fresh fruits, yogurt, cheese, salami, ham, and eggs cooked to order and tasty coffee were a great way to... More

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel right at home by Misha and Diana, two of the warmest hosts we have ever encountered. The ambiance, food and scenery are wonderful. The Wine Tour is a must. Thanks for everything.

Even after several trips to Italy, it remains a bit disconcerting to adjust to all the differences from home. From the language, to paying tolls, to weighing fruit at the supermarket, enough is different that it can be a bit jarring. Starting our vacation at the Baur B&B was the perfect transition. Diana, Michael and their dog Max made us... More

We stayed for 3 days in early Sept and were perfectly cared for and left with warm feelings for Diana and Micha. Breakfasts were sumptuous . Diana and Micha helped plan our days and we toured for 1/2 day with Micha to 2 wineries in the region. Their efforts made our experience thoroughly enjoyable

From the moment my husband & I arrived we felt so welcome. We were greeted by Diana's huge smile and the warmth, comfort & serenity of our room. We stayed in the Terrace Room, spacious and beautifully decorated. Much of the artwork & ceramic bowls & vases have been made by Diana which makes it feel all the more special.... More

We stayed here four years ago and finally found the opportunity to return and spend another four days. It was fantastic then and, off course , even better now. Micha and Diana has worked hard to make this hilltop paradise into a temple of serenity and peace. All the other reviews tell the tale of luxury and and hospitality and... More

Every single detail of this beautiful wee B &B has been considered. I cannot think of a single thing Diana and Micha have overlooked. Our terrace room is spacious and private, equipt with robes, fluffy towels, beautiful hand crafted linens and touches of art which have been overseen to detailed exactness. Diana is an artist from her pottery to fresh... More

We returned after 3 years to find this Inn is as good the second time as the first. I love the Piemonte area of Italy, so beautiful without the tourist. The Baur B & B is just a wonderful slice of Italy. Beautiful countryside, large and conformable rooms and a wonderful breakfast. If you are looking for a relaxing few... More

My husband and I were looking for a quiet place away from all the touristy sites in Italy. We had never visited the Piedmont region before, and since we are wine buffs, this seemed like the perfect fit. The trick was finding a place to stay that wasn't a ordinary "blah" hotel or a hovel. The Baur B & B... More

Italy is revered and respected as a country with amazing food, quality wines, and an ease of style. This kind of respect didn’t just happen, it was earned through years and years of traditions and hard work yet it appears to the traveler as if it just how life should be and we leave Italy wondering “Why can’t our own...
