Stayed here for 3 nights in late August 2006 with girlfriend and various relatives. Had a double room which overlooked the car park which was lovely and quiet and probably had the best views! Had a one night stay. Room not that big but clean. Bathroom had shower - no bath. Only Italian channels on TV (CNN was lousy reception and no sound) and bed was quite comfortable. Try to get a room overlooking the car park at the back - the ones overlooking the street at the front are not very quiet. Restaurant... more

The Minerva is essentially a businessman's hotel -- very modern, with a large parking lot. For the leisure traveler, it is only a one-kilometer walk to the historic center of town.
