Lovely little hotel. The only reason I don't rate it higher is because some of our large party were unfortunate enough to be housed in the older un-refurbished rooms. These are 3-star at best. Stayed here in January with family & friends. All the staff were friendly & helpful, including the dog, Moose (or Mouse?). No language problems. Meals lacked some variety: lots of veal but mainly well presented & plentiful. Excellent wine list - but watch the prices!!
