First the positives - located right in the centre of Belluno so easy access to the main town square, restaurants etc and averagely priced.

On the downside however - parking inadequate, decor dated, room small and dark, breakfast choice limited, nearby restaurant kitchen noisy until late .....

Also, we booked two doubles asking them to be close but were allocated rooms on different floors.
