The resort itself is lovely, although the rooms are fairly basic. We had a scorpion in our room which made it difficult to relax. We tried to eat outside but were covered in bees and bugs. One of the reasons we chose this resort was because of the gym. However, upon arrival we discovered that the gym is outrageously expensive.... more

My husband and another couple spent two glorious weeks at Monsignor Della Casa..We found the accomadations to be just what we hoped for and more..We stayed in the Fratoio 2 villa..the kitchen had all the necessary equipment but we ate out most of the time..Enjoyed the restaurant on site..especially Simone who ran the dinner hours..We found the staff exceptionally helpful... more

We had a great stay at Monsignor della Casa. It is in a beautiful setting, good restaurant and the grounds are so well kept. Everyone on the staff was very helpful and friendly. I was in Monsignore last June and it was a perfect stay. The place is quite close to the most important towns in Tuscany: Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Sienna, Lighorn, San Gimignano...so it is a really full immersion in arts!
