Hotel check in friendly but put into wrong room, transferred to something more suitable; clean, comfortable, no complaints about the room or the staff. However, this is a 5 star hotel so it claims - i arrived around 10.00pm absolutely no possibility of anything to eat. Too tired to bother that much but put out card for in room breakfast... more

My cousin and I didn't have reservations here. We just walked in and they had availabilty. There are not too many hotel options in Brescia unless you want to stay right next to the train station. This hotel is rated a 5 star hotel but I would rate it more of a 3 or 4 star hote. We paid 152... more

This hotel is stuck in the 50's. It is expensive, over 200 euros, and totally run down. The furnishings are ancient. The staff was very, very nice though. It is not their fault that the hotel is horrible. The clock on the 4th floor is stuck on 10:10, rather like the Twilight Zone. Had a coffee in the bar and... more
