We were here as a group with two small children and 8 adults. All the staff were helpful and friendly, with good mood and a smile for the whole day. We had Junior Suite and Classic rooms for our group. Both of this rooms were spacious and well equipped. Canazei and Hotel Gries are great place for a winter holiday.
