Bedrooms and bathrooms very good. No atmosphere in lounge or dining areas. Food not very good and service in restaurant much too fast. Plates taken away almost before each course finished. I stayed in the quiet zone but was woken up at 6am when the empty bottles were collected from the rubbish area. Would not stay there again. More

Rooms are just like in North America - big and clean. Huge rooms with big TVs, big bathrooms. Nice large pool. Friendly front desk staff. But beware of southern Italy. Stayed in the Crown Plaza Caserta for 8 nights. The hotel is spacious, clean and the staff friendly. The swimmingpool was refreshing and is also kept very clean.
