My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Hermitage for 5 days this June in room 24. The room was on the top floor and had two small balconies. Hotel Hermitage was portrayed as a 4 star property with all amenities to make one very comfortable. We had booked a suite with a view of the sea; a suite should mean a bedroom plus a sitting room/area. We were given a very small room--so small that 2 people could not pass at the end of the bed. The gardens of the hotel are really beautiful. There are stunning views of Castellebate, the bay and coastline from many areas of the hotel, including our bedroom. The pools were lovely and the service from all staff, including the manager, Ludi, was always top-notch. All evening meals were delicious, with ingredients from the local area. Fabulous hotel in a fantastic location with beautiful views. The staff were excellent and the pool and beach were lovely. Would recommend this hotel to anyone! more
