Lovely staff, lovely setting, modern paradise in an old setting. The staff were so helpful, not just with information on Chianti but also Florence and the surrounding areas. It took 4 years to renovate and it shows in the amazing detail. If you want some comfort after the rustic atmosphere of the Tuscan hills, it's a must.
