My wife and I travelled with Riveria in September and I agree with all the comments of our fellow traveller from Essex. The hotel was a disgrace. Our room had to be recleaned before we unpacked and when I invited the Riveria rep. to have a look, she simply replied "It's not that bad and I'll sort it out" I... more

Went with Archers Direct as an alternative to the one in brochure which was fully booked.Looks nice from outside. Was spotlessly clean inside Hotel looked as though it has undergone some refurbishment. Some parts new ,others very tired. Some rooms OK with balony, others still have wires hanging out of wall and ceiling. The pool was closed and on our... more

This hotel is on the itinary for Riviera Travels Classical Italy holiday. Rated as four star it would be fortunate to be given a two star rating in any other country. We had a twin bedded room with the narrowest beds you could imagine. The safe was locked when we arrived and when we asked for it to be unlocked we... more

Hot water turned off during the day. Pool area awful - grubby, weedy and full of biting ants!! Pool water none too clean. Food very average. Only stay here... more

Overall good clean hotel. Good service and friendly staff. Food. Breakfast's and evening buffet good. Evening meal very poor. Tastless. Avoid the fish (soggy and tastelss with overcooked dwarf beans. Definately do not have the chicken.. The operational details of the shower are worse than useless. Difficult to learn how to use. However once learnt , useable with care. Difficult... more

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights at the end of September 2007. Hotel: I thought the hotel itself was quite cute with very high ceilings, a patio with tables out front, and a restaurant where we had breakfast each morning. As I was a part of a tour group, a breakfast buffet was included each morning -- pretty... more

We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour organised by Riviera Travel and if this place did not have such captive block bookings it would surely close. Rooms. Totally tiled and slightly slippery. In the shower room the most complex shower unit which was impossible to operate without flooding the floor. This made the floor very slippery;my wife fell... more
