“We had a bad experiance”

We encountered some insect in the room classed bugs silver fish , they get in your clothes . I told them and they will have taking care of it by now , food was good the server was just Ok . We enjoy the plaza from town of Faenza, nice !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
