The B&B is located in the center of Ferrara, about 15 minutes walk, through old Ferrara, from the town's main sights. It's right next to the Palazzo Schifanoia which was great for us as it was one of the museums on our planned sightseeing route. We contacted the property three weeks ahead of our stay and confirmed a double room. Just two days before flying to Italy, Delizia Estense calls to say that the room is no longer available. They offer to arrange a room in another bed and breakfast; but we prefer to make our own reservation based on reviews and not their needs.... More
