I stayed there for one week with a co-worker for business reasons. Despite our late arrival, the receptionist was well awake and check-in was pretty fast. We both got a similar room - at different floors. However, for some reasons I was charged 40% more than my colleague for -again- exactly the same room. I never got any explanation as... more

Had a lot of trouble finding the place because it's located in the town of FIUGGI TERME, not the town of Fiuggi as the address stated (they're 2 different towns next to each other.) We came in by the back way and did not use the directions posted on their web site. If we'd come from that direction, it would've... more
