hotel very tired looking and needed updating, the food was not italien cuisine but a poor second.  there is no english tv only italien and german.  bathroom mirror at least 30 years old and worn, the outside table again was at least 30 years old and rusty. would not recommend this hotel unless you were over 65 and german. more

The Palme Hotel was a fantastic base to stay on lake Garda.It is only 5 minutes from the centre, the lake and the bus station. we have just returned from a fabulous week in Garda. The resort itself was wonderful, with lots of lovely places to eat and drink on the lakeside with a few live singers, overlooking spectacular views of the lake.
