the customer service is excellent. Breakfast to die for. Our room was basic, If you want a place to lay your head for the night and get going in the early morning, to come back late at night., .I am saying yes to recommending the hotel, as it serves its purpose. Otherwise I would have said No more

The best part of this hotel is the staff. Terribly friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms were small but very clean and comfortable with air con. Bathrooms were spotless. The breakfast buffet was particularly memorable with an array of fruits, cereals, meats and cakes. The location was good, only a minute from the lake. more

Hotel Benaco is one of the best 3 star Hotels I ever stayed. This is practically a new hotel with great staff, breakfast, location and nice room with balcony. The only downside is that the Hotel does not have a lift but still highly recommended. more
