Firstly.. when I arrived they did not have my reservation (made through a well known internet booking site, some three months ago).. They did offer to honour my first night, but were saying that they were too busy to honour my second night.. Some too-ing and fro-ing and a second night was finally confirmed after I had checked out !!... more
