“Thank you hotel Bahamas for being so gracious to us the night our ship sank off your coast”

Our ship the Costa Concordia sank on Jan. 13, 2012. We were taken by lifeboat onto the beautiful island of Giglio. The Hotel Bahamas (as well as many residents of Giglio) showed us compassion and kindness. The Hotels Bahamas donated shelter & refreshments (it's lobby, cafe, liquor, etc., etc.) to many of us . There is an island off the west coast of Italy called Isola del Giglio (Island of the Lilies) that is almost heaven.
