There is an island off the west coast of Italy called Isola del Giglio (Island of the Lilies) that is almost heaven. Reachable by a beautiful 1-hour ferry ride from Orbetello/Mont Argentario, it has 3 main towns that are connected by bus. We stayed right in Porto Giglio, where the ferries dock.
