Would definetly stay here for a nice quiet romantic stay. Pool small but quiet and excellent for a relaxing stay. Rooms were large. Only boradband in lobby, would like in room also but this is only a small thing. If you are going to Lido or Viareggio, i would recommend here. Rate in Sept was 65 Euro per room which... more

We visited the hotel Europa whilst touring Italy. We found the old world charm of the staff and the hotel wonderful. The hotel itself is quiet with a lovely pool and the outdoor breakfast was ideal. Our room was on the front of the hotel at at no time were we disturbed by noise. Some good restaurants nearby which sold... more

Overall the hotel was charming, situated next to the sea with plenty of shops, restaurants and nice endless beach. However the hotel is siting in the middle of permanent noise and screams that come from everywhere. Lets review some of the positives and negatives: Positive The hotel building and rooms are causy with nice old fourniture very typical of traditional... more

Having read a few other reviews I was concerned we'd picked the wrong hotel before arriving at Hotel Europa, mainly due to the number of people expressing issues with the "small rooms" On arrival we were pleasantly surprised - Our room was large, with a spacious balcony and the furnishings were clean and fresh. The hotel only has around 30... more

We stayed 3nts in the middle of peak season and as experienced travellers all over Italy in various hotels over many years, can say this is one of the best you will come across. We could not fault it. Hotel provided that little bit extra, a real delight, the excellent extensive buffet breakfast, is unheard of in Italy. The cushioned... more

We found our way to the Hotel Europa at the recommendation of friends who originally believed it to be in the (relatively) quaint but busy seaside village of Forte dei Marme, when instead it’s in the (not at all quaint and extremely busy) neighboring village of Lido di Camaiore. First, before heading for either of these seaside resorts, make sure... more

We have recently returned from the Europa after a ten night stay. The hotel is a lovely building situated on the main road through the resort, but our room which was situated at the front ,was remarkably quiet. Our room was well furnished and spotlessly clean, with a decent sized balcony and very welcome air conditioning. The staff were very... more

My boyfriend and I have just returned from a week's stay at the Europa and were very happy with the quality of the hotel and service received. Right from our initial booking, the staff were friendly and helpful - my e-mails were answered promptly and phone calls dealt with politely - their English is very good. They arranged for our... more
