Rooms spotless, beautiful location. Breakfast disappointing- watery juice, solid pastries, rubbery scrambled eggs the only cooked choice. Water for tea & coffee not hot enough. Just got back from our wedding in Malcesine and stayed at the Maximilian as recommended by Thomas Cook. The hotel is gorgeous, by far the nicest we saw in Malcesine which only has a few four star hotels anyway.
