Our family just finished a week in Marina di Pietrasanta at the Hotel Verdemare. We chose the hotel mainly on the strength of a positive review at this site, so our expectations were perhaps too high. We were quite disappointed by our first impression of the rooms, which were dark, damp and musty. The hotel is spread over three buildings... more

We are a couple that just returned from Italy, we wanted to see the tuscany riviera (called Versilia) and it was just lovely. We enjoied staying in a quiet place, close to the sea and traveling all around tuscany. It is 30km from international Pisa airport where we rent a car.
