Good quality rooms, quite spacious. We paid 140 euro (2 adult & 2 children inc. breakfast). They cleaned and changed sheets/towels daily. Very friendly and helpful owners/staff. We can only re-iterate the reviews about this hotel. The location is brilliant - right in the middle of Menaggio overlooking the lake. Price is reasonable considering the position. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We were able to check in early and had a room with 2 balconies and a great view. The towels were thin but of waffle type, perfectly adequate and we didnt need to use the one we had brought with us.
