Nice hotel, adequate but small rooms. Helpful staff, great breakfast, choice of coffee. The location could'nt be better, just in front of a bus stop and the train station to Venice. My family agreed that this hotel was the best we encountered on our 3 week vacation to Italy and Greece. The location is close to rail and bus stations making sightseeing pleasurable, the price was competitive, and the staff outstanding.
