Never mind about the dodgy artwork in the dining room, what was worse was the really awful food served up by the kitchen - a consistently low standard which over a five day stay only got worse... This, with no porterage service, makes a nonsense of its four star rating. Tuscany has surely something better to offer than this. more

I loved the town or Montecatini. This was my first trip to Italy so I did not know what to expect....The hotel was very nice, even the paintings (it is a spa town)and the front was most helpful. When I go back I will try to stay here again. Very pleased more
