We stayed here and the staff is not customer service oriented at all. There breakfast buffet is the same everyday, and consists of hard rolls, cheese, yogurt, fruits. You get tired of it after the first 2 days. Dinner is not bad, except there isn't anything to do in Terme after seeing the charming town for a day. So you... more
