We stayed in a one bedroom villa in May 2012. The location is gorgeous, on a hill top surrounded by beautiful rolling hills. The villa was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Riccardo was very helpful and even provided a great welcome hamper with coffee, milk bread etc! The pool area is stunning. I would definitely go back.
