Walk out of this historically important property and onto the wonderful piazza and feel the essence of a tuscan hilltown. Its all downhill from here, literally. You are at the top of Montepulciano. Remember this when you order another bottle of vino de nobile at a fine restaurant down the hill. Great host with a lot of pride of ownership.

From the moment you arrive Gio and Ivanna see to your every need. Perfect location and excellent ambience. Rooms are good sized and priced right. The courtyard and terrace provided a nice surprise. Breakfast is not included but for 8€ it was worth the extra cost. We will definetly stay here again when in Tuscany.
