Just got back from Italy and stayed at La Rocca Orvieto for 4 nights. It is a wonderful bed and breakfast close, but not in, the walled city of Orvieto. I stayed at this agriturismo/hotel as part of a tour group in May 2006. Outstanding views from the hotel - just beautiful. The staff was warm and welcoming. Part of the group occupied the apartments up the hill from the main hotel. Be warned that it’s quite a hike (downhill on the way, uphill on return) to the main building.... more
