We staid 4 nights in the hotel. The staff are really nice and helped us with travel tips in the area. Rooms are clean and nice. Location really good if you have a car and traveling Tuscany and Florence area it's an excellent location. Very recommended!

Every time I stay at Villa Cappugi, the service is excellent, with the staff ready and able to do whatever is necessary to ensure comfort and ease. Very nice location, about a 15 min. walk to the "new town". Rooms were clean and pleasant, with a nice view to the back; restaurant very good. Unfortunately a barking dog during the night didn't promote deep sleep. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Grounds around the hotel are very attractive and well-cared-for.

Set in the hills outside Pistoia, the hotel is beautifully landscaped. The lobby is decorated in soothing colours and has displays of interesting works of art. Our room was large and modern with a small terrace. Breakfast was a treat with both hot and cold items.
