Horrible accommodations. Rooms were disgusting and the carpet was so dingy looking that we didn't even want to walk on it with bare feet. The only two positive things about this hotel was the staff was very courteous and it was close to the shopping areas. Over priced...they should have paid us to stay there.

This is a grand old dame which has had its rooms redone (stark 60's style) for business travelers. The rooms are functional if not a bit dated. Front desk service is exceptional (especially Cesare!) and the breakfast better than decent. No wi-fi but computer hook ups in the lobby. They were without a chef in the restaurant for some time...
