I stayed at the Grand Hotel Il Saraceno in Positano for 2 nights. It was an out of the ordinary experience. The hotel is built into an old Moorish-style castle and every room has a view of the sea. The hotel has its own private beach and swimming pool. The restaurant serves delicious local specialties and the staff are attentive, courteous and friendly. Breakfast is served at the terrace where one can get a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea. One unique feature of the hotel is the private chapel where weddings and other ceremonies can be held. more
