I give Casa Maresca 5 stars because it is a great value for the price in an area that is pricey. We paid about USD $110 per night. a great spot to visit Posiatano...we were there for three nights ...out of the crowds and noise but still a relatively easy walk (everything is up or down) to downtown, shops etc...host Paul clark was extremely hospitable and helpful...grocery store, parking and superb restaurants just a two minute walk. Room was nice, clean with balcony and spectacular ocean views. more
