The staff are very helpful and will help you out with any problems you might have, like parking tickets and none payment of toll charges! We've just had a week at the Tennis Hotel and can really recommend it. The staff are lovely and so helpful. There is nothing wrong with the hotel, however their website is misleading. It states a shuttle service is available from the airport but that is not the case.
