Palazzo Castro, which is situated in the heart of “Le città tardo barocche del Val di Noto” (the towns of the late baroque period of Val di Noto), is directly beside the flight of stairs of the basilica San George that is the cathedral of Ragusa Ibla and masterpiece of the Sicilian baroque.In 2002, UNESCO recognized it as a patrimonio of the humanity and became a member of the World Heritage List.In 2005, the second floor and the mansard became a “Bed and Breakfast”: it consists of five double rooms and each room has ist own private bathroom. For each room consists the possibility to add a further bed.
