My second visit here. Great price internet prepaid: Euro 89, breakfast and parking included, not a water view but can't see the water when I am sleeping. Hotel has small, warm, salt water pool and access to the Medeterrean. Breakfast more than adequate. Easy access to all things Amalfi, Paestum to Sorrento. Marmorata is literally cut into a cliff over the ocean. The views are spectacular, the dining room and bar areas are spacious and very pleasant, rooms are clean and comfortable (although the showers are very small). The hotel is not very close to any town so meals there are important and they are excellent. Very romantic place. more

First I have to say that we live on Maui overlooking the northshore with about a 120 degree view of the Pacific Ocean out our front window so any old ocean view doesn't get a "WOW" but the cliffside setting of the Hotel Marmorata is stunning.
