We stayed in this Hotel as part of a Page and Moy holiday, and as there were no reviews on file, I thought I should add one.
Reggello is a very small and unexceptional town, but fairly central to a number of significant tourist spots. The Hotel Italia is situated in a little square at the top of the old part of the town, very quiet with little traffic.
The building is essentially very old, and a veritable rabbit warren of varying sized lounges and small conservatories tacked on. The owners have clearly been "collectors", as there is an enormous variety of pictures, statuettes, curiosities and objetsd'art everywhere you look, even a piano in one room.
There are no grounds as such, but several roof-top gardens with sun-loungers, tables and chairs etc. and well stocked terra-cotta pots and so on giving them a very Italian feel. The views over the roof tops and of...
