Clean, spacious rooms. Good beds, enough extra blankets. Free, quite quick wifi. Big bathroom with bath. Location 5 km from the city centre of Reggio Emlia, so you do need a car. Free parking near the hotel. The breakfast buffet was good, enough choice, although the morning coffee was not brilliant, so some room for improvement to Italian standards.

Everything was very good, better than most hotels I stay in this category. The problem was the broken A/C in the room and the Internet Signal whoch was very low. I had to use my computer in the lobby and that is not good when you are tired at night after a six hour trip.
