I stayed for one night at Hotel Cristallo with my 12-year old daughter, who was participating in a local sports event with her Milan based team. We called ahead on Friday evening to say we were arriving late - around midnight. The receptionist was friendly and calming in saying they would keep our room for us. Roadworks had us check... More

It was actually fine in total, only the internet connection was most days not available and when it was slow! + the bread at breakfast + in the entire region was "dry"! So nothing serious really!
