We came back from here on Sunday & were very pleased with the hotel. The staff were always polite & friendly & the rep (Lauren) was extremely helpful. There are only two problems with this hotel which have been mentioned in other reviews. The size of the rooms being very small and the location from the slopes. The location is helped if you hire a ski and boot locker at the top of the sportinia lift for 20 euros which saves the daily slog of carrying ski up... More
