stayed here last year with my husband. very basic. ok its not expensive. location was good. walking distance from centre and we were near nice restaurants and sights. Only major thing was we were never told re food in room. i had a packet of nuts open one night and omg i woke up to an invasion of ants i screamed. theywere literally everywhere all over me etc. i will never forget this. they need to sort the ants out. it was gross . Hotel really needs a big make over. staff were nice.

The property was looking old. They have huge potential to make it better considering the location. Staff are friendly. The bed was okay and there were few hairs on the sheets & duvets. However they changed with clean ones when requested. Shower room was very small and uncomfortable. If you don't care too much about the ambience and if it is only to sleep then you can proceed.

A good, cheap base for a 4 night trip. Basic room with breakfast included. No frills but you get what you pay for. Staff were all helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend if you're looking for somewhere cheap, clean and close to Sorrento to stay. Approx 10 min walk into the centre.

Stopped here with a friend in September. We had every intention of making the most out of Sorrento so didn't particularly want to spend much time in the hotel itself. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable. Showers are small, I'll grant you that, and the décor is dated but we only wanted somewhere to put our heads. Around a 20 minute walk in to the centre of Sorrento, it was nice to stay just outside. Staff very friendly, well most, and Junior the night receptionist was a gem. If you want days around the pool and bar then probably don't go here but we'd happily return again. Grazie mille

Spent eight nights here. No problems with the service-all staff were very friendly and helpful. We only ate breakfast here and it was fine-plenty of the food available. The room we had was a good size and clean but fairly basic. The only negative comments I have are that there were only two sockets in the room and the shower in the bathroom was tiny-my husband was unable to close the shower doors and therefore the bathroom floor ended up getting soaked! These didn’t spoil our trip but I think they are worth mentioning. The hotel is in a good location only being a 15 minute walk into the centre of Sorrento or 10 minutes in the other direction to a beach. There are lovely restaurants close by and bus stops outside the hotel. It could be quite noisy with traffic at night as it is on a main road however we did have our windows open as it was very warm! This was a very good base in order to see the area. We literally slept here and ate breakfast-the rest of our time was spent exploring the region and therefore the hotel was adequate for our needs. We were apprehensive about our stay having seen some of the negative reviews however we found no real faults and it is what you’d expect for a budget hotel.

Just back from a lovely holiday at Hotel Londra. I usually stay in 4* and 5* but after a move wasn't feeling so well off so was apprehensive after the bad reviews ... I wanted to write to say what a lovely time we had, it was nicer than the "unfriendly" 4* complexes where you feel anonymous and over crowded; the staff all couldn't be nicer to us. We had one of the best views I've had, out over the mountains towards Sorrento. It was an ok walk to Sorrento (20 mins) or the nice beach of Sant'Agnello (25 mins other way). The train from Sant'Agnello was an easy 10 minute walk and gives cheap access to Pompeii, Sorrento etc. It was nice to be able to choose our food in the morning and have it served in such a friendly way every evening. The pool was never busy and we had a fun time splashing about several days. The cleaning staff kept it all beautifully clean. Many thanks for a lovely stay ....

Cheap and practical accommodation for people wanting good location, quiet roads , good amenities basic but plentiful breakfast included, English speaking staff and a nice pool. Clean linen hot water in showers .We saved on Hotel cost and spent on excurtions and lovely meals out in great restaurants. Fantastic Holliday done on a budget. Thanks to Masimo on reception who booked all out trips and Junior on night desk who gave us early morning wake up call to meet our coach and boat trips. Excellent value for money.

My husband and I have just returned from a week in this hotel. It’s is horrendous and doesn’t deserve to be called a three star hotel at all. Our holiday was ruined due to this filthy hotel. I would definitely not recommend this it to anyone.

Beautiful setting for this hotel, meddled between the bustling towns of Sorrento and saint Angelo. views over mount Vesuvius, Capri and Naples from the roof top sun terrace. Waiters were absolutely lovely- would do anything to help you. Good location, 15 minute to supermarket/train station/town. Limited beaches nearby due to steep cliffs however pool area was fantastic. Recomend to all families and lots of English people there -you get to know all of the guests and staff in a short stay. Breakfast was continental and perfectly adequate. Dinner was amazing every night with 4 choices for each course. Large portions and lots of variety. Love this hotel!
