Alpenroyal is a nice place to stay with perfect outdoor pool and excelent restaraunts. But there are a two bad points which can be easily improved by management 1. The shuttle service is not proper .You have to wait up to 20 minutes for pick up.Sometimes only one driver is available , even though the second shuttle is staying empty... More

Spent 3 days in Alpenroyal Suite, perfect greeting with smile, complimentary upgrade, room spotlessly clean and wonderfully equipped with jacuzzi and steam shower. Great services, amazing and creative food, omelette a la carte for breakfast made to order was just amazing! Highly recommend!
