Hotel is fine, but maby not full 4-star, but which hotels at resorts are what they claim? Rooms tidy and clean. Nice view from big balcony, if you book a room faceing south. Some people go on a ski holiday just for the skiing, we go for a rounded holiday and book 4 or 5 star hotels with half board every year...for this we expect a high quality room, high quality bathrooms and very good cuisine. Ugly hotel in an ugly resort. On the plus side, we thought the bedrooms and bathrooms were fine, there was plenty of hot water and the maid service was quite efficient. The walls were thin, the rooms a bit cheesy, the bathrooms inadequate, the front desk staff disinterested, (though the maid who cleaned our room was wonderfully friendly and diligent), the cuisine uneven, the wait staff unskilled.
