Great location in the center of spoleto, small but nice bedroom, and breakfast was a good start for the day: any coffee you wanted, toasts, juice , jams , butter .It has an elevator which is not common for this smaller buildings. The ladies attending the place very nice and helpful . Town flea market very close to hotel

First off: Francesca is fantastic! She was so sweet and no-nonsense. The street we wanted to park on was jam-packed with cars; she actually stopped and talked with a guy who was about to leave & made sure he would wait to pull out of his space until we had brought our car around!
